Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Superintendent - Mechanical-Electrical for the Augusta, GA project. You will lead MEPS trades, coordinate field teams, and ensure safety, schedule delivery, and budget adherence on a complex development.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with substantial ME&P construction experience. Strong BIM coordination, communication, and leadership are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of engineering/architectural experience with six years of ME&P construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and building coordination.
• Proven leadership, communication, and scheduling abilities; familiarity with BIM and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors for mechanical and electrical trades.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and budget adherence.
• Oversee field teams, conduct performance appraisals, and monitor daily progress.
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and cost targets.
• Interface with owners, architects, and engineers on field issues and changes.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payments for work in place and subcontractors.
