Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project engineer/manager to supervise project-level engineering and administrative functions on a high-profile Augusta site.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight years' related experience, with strong leadership, communication, and QA/QC skills. You will coordinate with field operations, manage information flow, and oversee procurement, budgeting, and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; minimum of eight years' related experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of contract documents, cost control, scheduling, and procurement.
• Proficiency with BIM and Lean principles to benefit the project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise at a project level all engineering and administrative policies, procedures and functions.
• Coordinate with project field operations to ensure transfer of information is delivered, understood and implemented.
• Lead the project team; oversee staff performance and appraisals.
• Ensure safety, ethics and compliance requirements are followed.
• Develop procurement schedules and manage change orders.
• Oversee project close-out, warranties, and final payments.
