Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Superintendent Mechanical-Electrical to lead and coordinate subcontractors and Turner trade labor on MEPS. You will ensure safety, manage schedules and budgets, and supervise junior staff on a large-scale project.

Responsibilities include coordinating with owners and engineers, reviewing changes with the Project Engineer, and maintaining daily progress records. Strong leadership and BIM coordination skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of engineering/architectural experience required.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of code and safety compliance.
• Ability to read contract documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor for MEPS on the project.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns.
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with owners, architects/engineers on field issues.
• Manage billing related to work in place and subcontractor payments.
• Review changes with Project Engineer.
• Maintain daily MEPS progress records.
• Participate in preconstruction efforts.
