Job summary

ABM seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for Electrical & Lighting to grow new accounts and expand existing relationships. You will collaborate with account managers, SMEs, and leadership to craft sales strategies and drive revenue across the territory.

The role owns the end-to-end sales process, develops compelling proposals, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients. A strong background in facilities services or related sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a defined territory.
• Develop growth strategies for existing clients and new accounts.
• Present value-driven solutions and proposals to executives.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to fulfill client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce.
