Job summary

The role offers a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 plus commission and auto allowance, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within ABM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of related sales experience required.
Preferred experience within facilities services or other business solution sales.
Technical aptitude and ability to present to groups and executives.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle and write compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

Proactively seek new business by cold calling and networking.
Identify and execute growth strategies for existing clients.
Partner with businesses to coauthor solutions.
Develop pricing options for service and maintenance agreements.
Build partnerships to gain client trust and deliver value.
Track sales activities in Salesforce.com.
