Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in building systems, a PE license, and a track record of delivering complex facilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer in building systems or infrastructure.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a PE license are required.
- Experience supervising staff and managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the electrical discipline within the office and region.
- Mentor and develop department staff and supervise local personnel.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, scheduling, and staffing.
- Driven project execution from concept through construction administration.
- Act as Engineer of Record and lead client communications.
- Contribute to regional leadership and discipline meetings.
- Work with owners, architects, contractors, and regulators to achieve outcomes.
- Oversee recruitment, workload, and engineering standards.
