Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site electrical crews across commercial, residential, healthcare, and hospitality projects. You will supervise daily activities, schedule work, read drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.

The role requires 5–7 years of electrical experience with leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with basic tech tools. OSHA 10/30 preferred; journeyman license preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years electrical experience with leadership or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems and NEC/local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with basic technology (smartphones, tablets, timekeeping, and reporting).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on assigned job sites.
• Plan and schedule work activities to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Read, interpret, and enforce electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct daily job briefings, safety talks, and toolbox meetings.
• Monitor productivity, quality of workmanship, and crew performance; provide coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
• Order, track, and manage materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays or waste.
• Review job progress and report labor hours, material usage, and job status accurately and timely.
• Identify potential issues or change conditions and communicate them promptly to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Mentor and train apprentices and helpers in proper electrical methods and safety practices.
