Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial, residential, healthcare, and multi-family projects in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality while coordinating with project management and field teams. The ideal candidate holds a Journeyman Electrician license (Master preferred), 5–7 years of electrical experience with leadership, and proficient reading of drawings and NEC codes.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license required (Master license preferred, where applicable).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with basic technology (smartphones, tablets, timekeeping, and reporting tools).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of electrical crews on assigned job sites.
• Plan and schedule work activities to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Read, interpret, and enforce electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct daily job briefings, safety talks, and toolbox meetings.
