Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and compliance with project specifications.

Lead Project Superintendents and Foremen, coordinate with Project Managers and other trades, and enforce NEC/OSHA standards while maintaining quality and productivity on site. This role requires travel between sites and a proven track record on large-scale commercial or healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience (commercial/industrial preferred).
• Experience as a Superintendent or Senior Field Leader.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and electrical construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple electrical projects across various job sites.
• Direct and support Project Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with Project Managers.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with inspectors, vendors, and clients.
• Mentor and develop field leadership and staff.
