Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead on-site electrical crews across commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects. You will ensure work is safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with NEC and local codes, acting as the primary on-site leader.

You will coordinate manpower, materials, and communication with project management, mentor apprentices, review progress, and drive quality and safety on active job sites.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license is required (Master license preferred).
• 5-7 years electrical experience including leadership or foreman roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems and NEC/local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate daily electrical crew activities on job sites.
• Plan and schedule work to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct daily safety talks, toolbox meetings, and site safety oversight.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and inspectors; report progress and issues.
