Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a team of electricians and apprentices on mission critical projects. The role requires coordinating manpower, scheduling work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across on-site job sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the electrical trade with at least 4 years in leadership, NCCER/NFPA/OSHA certifications, and a proven track record in safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in the electrical trade with at least 4 years leading mission critical projects and electrical teams.
• Develop construction schedules and monitor/adjust as needed.
• Coordinate manpower and lead cross-functional communications.
• Coordinate material orders after price comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electricians and apprentices, assign tasks, set expectations, ensure safety and quality.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines; review blueprints and specs.
