Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You will ensure safety, on-time scheduling, and quality, coordinating closely with project management.

The ideal candidate holds a Journeyman Electrician license with 5–7 years of leadership experience, thorough NEC knowledge, and proven ability to read drawings and manage on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of electrical crews on assigned job sites.
• Plan and schedule work to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Read, interpret, and enforce electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct daily job briefings, safety talks, and toolbox meetings.
• Monitor productivity, quality of workmanship, and crew performance; provide coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
• Order, track, and manage materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays or waste.
• Review job progress and report labor hours, material usage, and job status accurately and timely.
• Identify potential issues or change conditions and communicate them promptly to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Mentor and train apprentices and helpers in proper electrical methods and safety practices.
