Job summary

Arena Staffing is sourcing an Electrical Foreman/General Foreman for a major ground-up commercial electrical project in Southern California. The role will lead field execution, supervise crews, coordinate with utilities and general contractors, and manage underground utilities and site work.

The position requires 10+ years of field experience, strong leadership, and hands-on underground electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical field experience.
• Experience as Electrical Foreman/General Foreman or similar leadership role.
• Ground-up commercial electrical construction experience.
• Hands-on underground utility and site-work knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical field operations on a major ground-up project.
• Coordinate with GCs, utilities, civil teams, and inspectors.
• Mentor field personnel and manage manpower, schedules, and safety.
• Read electrical, civil, and utility plans and survey stakes.
