Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman/General Foreman to oversee large-scale electrical construction projects.

You will supervise multiple foremen and crews, enforce safety standards, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget while coordinating with project management. Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician Certification or State License required.
• 5–8 years of experience in a supervisory role on large commercial, industrial, or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Foreman or General Foreman experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple foremen and electrical crews on large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Plan and schedule the overall work of multiple crews, coordinating tasks and resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all work complies with project specifications, the NEC, and local building codes.
• Ensure job site safety by enforcing OSHA safety standards, conducting regular safety meetings, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Review blueprints, electrical plans, and specifications to ensure that all work is aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field operations and project management, keeping open communication regarding project status, changes, and issues.
• Evaluate labor needs and coordinate workforce allocation, ensuring that all project areas are adequately staffed.
• Manage material procurement and inventory, ensuring that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are on-site and available to support the work.
• Monitor and report project financials, including tracking labor costs, material usage, and productivity metrics.
