Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician Certification or State License required.
• 5-8 years of supervisory experience on large commercial, industrial, or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple foremen and electrical crews on large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Plan and schedule the overall work of multiple crews, coordinating tasks and resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe job site environment.
• Review blueprints and specifications to align work with client requirements.
• Coordinate with project management and communicate status, changes, and issues.
