You will lead high-quality electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites, guiding field teams to complete projects safely, on time, and to exact specifications.

This role offers expanding leadership opportunities and direct impact on our growth, with in-office duties in San Dimas and up to 20% travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct electrical or leadership experience.
• Ability to lead field crews and ensure high quality.
• Strong background in commercial/industrial electrical systems.
• Proven track record completing complex jobs on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor daily field crews to ensure top-quality installations.
• Oversee job site execution from layout to completion.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and proper equipment use.
• Coordinate material handling, scheduling and task assignments.
• Inspect work to ensure plans and local codes compliance.
• Resolve site-level obstacles to keep timelines.
