Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Journeyman or Master Electrical license.
• Demonstrated ability to manage crews and projects on commercial sites.
• Strong communication with inspectors, clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and adjust plans for weather, supply or staffing.
• Delegate responsibilities to crew members and contractors.
• Recruit, hire, train and mentor employees and subcontractors.
• Provide resources and staffing to meet schedules and safety needs.
• Emphasize safe tool and equipment use; train on PPE and procedures.
• Manage project budgets and quality standards for sites.
• Resolve conflicts quickly and amicably.
• Regularly report status to supervisors and site engineers.
