RANDALL Construction's Electrical Division seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial projects across Orlando and Central Florida. You will manage crews, review blueprints, and coordinate with project leadership to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrician License, 10+ years of commercial electrical experience with leadership roles, OSHA 30, and a proven track record of delivering large projects safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial electrical experience, including 3+ years in a Foreman or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and coordination with multiple electricians and trades.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical drawings, and diagrams.
• Pass pre-employment screenings; valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience on large commercial/industrial projects such as healthcare, hospitality, or aviation.

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise daily field operations for electrical crews on commercial projects.
• Direct Lead Electricians, Journeymen, and Apprentices to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop short-term work plans aligned with project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and diagrams.
• Monitor installations for compliance with codes and RANDALL standards.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
