Job summary

RANDALL is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee daily field operations on commercial electrical construction projects in Florida. You will direct electricians and Apprentices, manage schedules and safety, and coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades to ensure on-time, high-quality turnover.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong NEC knowledge, and ability to read blueprints and construction documents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• 3+ years in a Foreman/leadership role.
• Strong NEC knowledge and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily electrical field operations on commercial projects.
• Direct lead electricians and crews to ensure productivity, quality and safety.
• Develop short-term work plans aligned with project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors for efficiency.
• Read blueprints and schedules to ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
• Lead safety briefings, daily huddles, and site inspections.
• Track labor hours and progress, report to project leadership.
