RANDALLConstruction's Titusville Electrical Division is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical field operations along the Space Coast. The role requires directing crews, coordinating with project leadership, and delivering high-quality, safety-focused work on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial electrical work and 3+ years in a leadership role, with NEC knowledge, OSHA 30 certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• 3+ years in a Foreman/General Foreman role or similar leadership position.
• Knowledge of NEC and local building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug).
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Experience operating construction equipment and use of tablets/smart devices for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily field operations for electrical crews on commercial projects.
• Direct Lead Electricians, Journeyman Electricians, and Apprentices to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop short-term work plans aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for efficiency.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings to ensure compliance with specs.
• Lead safety meetings, daily huddles, and risk mitigation discussions.
• Track labor hours and progress; report to project leadership.
• Ensure inspections and turnover meet RANDALL quality standards.
