RANDALL Construction in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical field operations across central Florida. You will direct journeymen and apprentices, coordinate with project leadership, ensure safe, on-time installations, and maintain daily reports and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial electrical work, including 3+ years in foreman leadership, NEC knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of commercial electrical experience, including 3+ years in a Foreman/General Foreman/Superintendent leadership role.
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple electricians, subcontractors, and project activities.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily field operations for electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
• Direct Lead Electricians and Journeyman Electricians to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
• Develop and maintain short-term work plans aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specs, and one-line diagrams.
• Monitor installations for compliance with specs, codes, and quality standards.
• Lead jobsite planning meetings and safety briefings.
• Resolve field issues, schedule impacts, and material shortages.
