Job summary

RANDALL Construction's Titusville Electrical Division seeks experienced Electrical Foremen for projects along the Space Coast of Florida. Lead field crews, coordinate with project leadership, and deliver high-quality electrical installations safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial electrical experience, 3+ years in leadership, NEC knowledge, and a strong focus on safety, productivity, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License is required where applicable.
• 10+ years of commercial electrical experience with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong NEC and local code knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and schedules.
• Proven ability to manage field crews, schedules and subcontractors.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily field electrical operations.
• Direct Lead Electricians, Journeymen, and Apprentices to ensure productivity and safety.
• Develop short-term work plans aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor installations for compliance with codes and RANDALL standards.
• Lead jobsite planning meetings and safety briefings.
• Identify and resolve field issues and schedule impacts proactively.
• Inspect completed work and ensure turnkey readiness.
• Maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and vendors.
• Track production, labor hours and project progress for leadership.
• Utilize company tech for daily reports and progress tracking.
• Enforce OSHA and RANDALL safety policies.
• Mentor field personnel and promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support project startup, commissioning and closeout activities.
