Job summary

RANDALL Construction's Electrical Division is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects in Orlando and Central Florida. You will manage Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field crews, coordinating with Project Managers, General Contractors, and Owners to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality execution from start to closeout.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License (where required) or equivalent verifiable experience.
• 12-15+ years of COMMERCIAL electrical construction experience, including 5+ years in Superintendent/General Foreman role.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial/industrial projects and overseeing large crews (40+).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for electrical field operations on one or more commercial projects.
• Supervise Electrical Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel.
• Develop and manage workforce plans, manpower forecasts, and labor strategies.
• Collaborate with PMs and Ops leadership to set goals, milestones, and execution plans.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, budgets, and contracts to align field work with requirements.
• Lead startup activities, site logistics, and construction sequencing.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks, delays, and resource constraints; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subs, and vendors across sites.
• Conduct regular safety visits and ensure compliance with NEC and codes.
• Lead coordination meetings with owners, GCs, inspectors, and vendors.
• Oversee turnover, commissioning, punch list, and project closeout activities.
• Mentor Foremen and emerging field leaders; support recruitment and development.
