RANDALL Construction's Electrical Division seeks experienced Lead Electricians for projects across Orlando and Central Florida. The role serves as a working leader, directing Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices, ensuring schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of commercial electrical experience, a Journeyman license, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The position emphasizes safety and professional trade excellence.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent with 7+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Strong leadership to supervise crews and maintain production.
• Thorough NEC knowledge and local code familiarity.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily electrical crews on commercial projects.
• Plan work assignments and ensure labor, materials, tools, and equipment are utilized efficiently.
• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC and project specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Install conduit systems (EMT, Rigid, PVC, MC Cable) and related raceways.
• Perform electrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup activities.
• Coordinate work with Project Managers, Foremen, Superintendents, inspectors, vendors, and trades.
• Monitor progress and address scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and field issues.
• Mentor Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices; enforce safety requirements.
