Job summary

Rex Moore in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Superintendent to oversee field labor across multiple electrical projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and delivering projects on time and within labor budgets while coordinating installation, testing, and commissioning.

You will work with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, travel up to 50% and may be assigned to sites across California, Nevada or Iowa.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of electrical construction experience.
• OSHA 30 construction certificate & CPR/First aid certificate required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including training groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field labor for multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure safety and adherence to procedures; manage labor budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with Foreman, site management, subcontractors and clients to meet deadlines.
