Job summary

Rex Moore seeks a Site Superintendent to oversee field labor on electrical projects near Reno, NV. Qualifications

• 15 years of electrical construction experience
• Site leadership at Foreman level or higher
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification and CPR/First Aid Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Oversee field labor performance and supervision on electrical projects
• Ensure safety and adherence to procedures while meeting or beating labor budgets
• Plan, organize, and coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning
• Forecast labor needs and maintain manpower levels
• Maintain open communication with Sr. Superintendent, Foreman, and project team
• Monitor schedules, costs, quality, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver projects on time
