You will lead bid/submittal efforts, develop comprehensive estimates, and collaborate with estimators, suppliers, and clients to secure projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 4+ years of estimating experience, with proficiency in Accubid, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam, plus CAD/3D tools.

• Read and interpret blueprints/engineering drawings.
• Perform arithmetic calculations for estimating.
• Estimate all project types and coordinate staff.
• Mentor/assist estimators in development.
• Identify customers' needs and meet requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong oral/written communication; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-off and finalize printouts.
• Identify key project elements for competitive estimates.
• Review specs/drawings; participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Evaluate value engineering opportunities.
• Lead personnel preparing discipline sub-estimates.
• Maintain documents backing estimate figures.
