Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare comprehensive bid packages for electrical construction projects across Texas and Arizona.
You will lead the estimating effort, review drawings and specifications, and manage the submission process with suppliers and customers to ensure competitive, accurate estimates. The role requires at least 4 years of estimating experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Accubid, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of estimating experience in construction.
- Experience with Accubid, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam preferred; CAD/3D software preferred.
Mansioni
- Prepare bid estimates from quantity takeoffs and finalize the estimate package.
- Review specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope.
- Provide leadership to personnel preparing discipline sub estimates.
- Solicit quotes from suppliers/subcontractors and validate conformance with plans.
- Maintain working documents and data backup for audit trails.
