Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator in the Lone Tree, CO area to lead electrical and mechanical estimates for Renewable Energy projects, including Utility Scale Solar and Energy Storage. You will oversee bid development, subcontractor management, and pricing strategy from RFP inception to handover.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5–7 years in electrical estimating, with strong knowledge of cost control and BESS.

Qualifications

• Electrical estimating experience for large projects (BESS, HV, solar)
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents and drawings
• Lead a team of estimators and coordinate bid processes

Responsibilities

• Lead self-perform electrical and mechanical estimates from RFP to handover
• Manage bid process, subcontractor solicitations and proposals
• Present estimates to executive leadership and guide project pricing
