Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Estimator II to independently develop accurate and competitive estimates for electrical service work, commercial construction, and mission-critical/data center projects. You will build complete pricing, define scope, and ensure estimates reflect field practices and productivity.

Responsibilities include bid management, subcontractor quotes, and rapid-turn pricing responses, while collaborating with field leadership and vendors to ensure profitability and

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years electrical estimating experience.
• Experience leading estimates for large commercial construction and mission-critical/data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC impact on scope and cost.
• Experience working with clients, general contractors, and senior operations leadership.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license strongly preferred; CPE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop complete estimates for service work and commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and field input to define project scope.
• Develop labor estimates based on installation methods and site conditions.
• Build material lists and pricing using vendor quotes and historical data.
• Coordinate with service managers, project managers, and field supervision.
• Respond to rapid-turn service pricing requests with same-day or next-day turnaround.
• Maintain cost databases and pricing benchmarks.
