Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Estimator II to develop accurate estimates for electrical service work, commercial construction, and mission-critical data-center environments. You will define scope, build labor and material quantities, and ensure estimates reflect field practices and productivity.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years electrical estimating experience.
• Proven leadership of large electrical bids including data center projects.
• Experience working with clients, GCs, and senior ops leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform quantity takeoffs from drawings for conduit, feeders, lighting, panels, devices.
• Prepare complete estimates for service work and small-to-mid-size commercial projects.
• Review drawings and specs to define project scope and develop labor estimates.
• Build detailed material lists and pricing from vendor quotes and data.
• Solicit and level subcontractor quotes and write scopes of work.
• Respond quickly to rapid service pricing requests and bid turnarounds.
