Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Estimator II to independently develop accurate estimates for electrical service work, commercial construction, and data center scopes. You will build complete pricing, define scope, and align estimates with field practices and profitability.

You will work with field leadership, service managers, and vendors to validate scope and pricing, manage multiple bids, and deliver rapid-turn pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of field and estimating experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with field leadership background (foreman, superintendent).
• OSHA 30 required and valid driver’s license.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license strongly preferred; CPE preferred.
• 6–10+ years of electrical estimating experience with large projects.
• Experience leading estimates for mission critical/data center projects and commercial work.
• Ability to mentor junior estimators and manage multiple bids.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform quantity takeoffs from drawings for conduit, feeders, lighting, panels, devices, and data systems.
• Prepare complete estimates for service work, small-to-mid-size commercial construction.
• Review drawings, specs, service tickets, and field input to define project scope.
• Develop labor estimates based on installation methods and productivity.
• Build material lists and pricing from vendor quotes and data.
• Solicit and level subcontractor quotes and write scopes of work.
