Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience in Mission Critical / Data Centers, Industrial Construction, Large Commercial Construction.
• Design-Build and Fast-Track construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, engineers, and operations teams.
• Support preconstruction planning and value engineering efforts.
