Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an Estimator II to independently develop accurate and competitive estimates for electrical service work, commercial construction, and data center scopes. You will build complete pricing, define scope, and ensure estimates reflect field installation practices and productivity.

Collaborating with field leadership, service managers, and vendors, you will manage multiple bids, perform quantity takeoffs, and write scopes for subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of field and estimating experience
• Experience leading estimates for large commercial and mission-critical/data center projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and service operations

Responsibilities

• Independently perform quantity takeoffs from drawings for conduit, feeders, lighting, panels, devices
• Prepare complete estimates for service work, small-to-mid-size commercial projects
• Review drawings/specs to fully define project scope and develop labor estimates
• Build material lists/pricing from vendor quotes and data
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes and write scopes of work
• Respond quickly to rapid-turn pricing requests and meet bid timelines
• Coordinate with service managers, project managers, superintendents, and field supervisors
• Maintain cost databases and pricing benchmarks
