Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex estimating and preconstruction for large-scale electrical projects, including data centers and healthcare facilities. You will own project pricing strategies from conceptual design through final proposal submission and mentor junior staff.

You will collaborate with operations, BIM/VDC, procurement, and business development to align assumptions with execution plans, ensuring profitable outcomes and competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Experience leading complex electrical estimates and major bid pursuits with significant contract values.
• Strong background in design-build, negotiated, conceptual, and hard bid delivery methods.
• Experience preparing labor forecasts, budgets, GMP proposals, value engineering, and constructability reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently prepare detailed cost estimates for large electrical projects.
• Analyze bid documents, specs, drawings, schedules, and phasing to define scope and risks.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect cost estimates.
• Lead quantity takeoffs, labor productivity analysis, and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor solicitations, bids, and clarifications.
• Mentor and train Estimator I/II team members; support cross-team collaboration.
