Job summary

Wikota Design & Construction LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical scopes on industrial and energy infrastructure projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, field execution, quality, safety, and client communications from concept through turnover.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field, 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction or EPC, and strong knowledge of NEC/IEEE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field with strong PM exposure.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction/ EPC.
• Solid understanding of NEC/IEEE and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure quality and productivity.
• Monitor costs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
