Worley in Houston, TX, seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer with EPC experience to lead complex industrial power distribution and power generation projects. You will guide technical decisions, oversee execution from concept through commissioning, and mentor multidisciplinary teams while coordinating with customers, vendors and project managers.

Strong depth in electrical engineering, knowledge of codes and standards, and familiarity with ETAP and SKM are desired.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience leading electrical engineering work within an EPC or design-build environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, codes and standards.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and controls to coordinate EIC execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical engineering execution for EPC projects involving industrial power distribution and power generation.
• Review electrical design deliverables, analyses, and construction packages for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate electrical, instrumentation, and controls scope across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Work with project managers, customers, vendors, and teams to manage scope, priorities and interfaces.
• Lead or oversee power system studies and deliverables (SLDs, layouts, grounding, lighting).
• Provide mentorship to engineers and designers to ensure safe, timely project delivery.
• Support business development with technical credibility and practical solutions.
