This role drives growth, sets standards, and scales practices across the organization while ensuring successful execution of mission-critical manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of electrical engineering experience with a PE license, strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills to align with company objectives and

Qualifications

• Professional engineering license registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the Electrical Team in Phoenix and other locations as needed.
• Develop and implement best practices, training programs, and scaling strategies.
• Provide senior leadership oversight for the Phoenix office.
• Foster Farnsworth Group culture and integrate disciplines.
• Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
• Ensure successful, quality execution of complex manufacturing projects.
• Interface with clients, plan resources, and oversee projects.
