Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead & Subject Matter Expert to lead the AMT Electrical Engineering Team.

This remote-based role focuses on building the team, implementing best practices, and scaling AMT capabilities across locations, with primary duties in Phoenix and adjacent sites. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of electrical engineering experience, PE licensure, and proven leadership in multi-discipline environments, along with a track record of mentoring

Qualifications

• 15+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong leadership in multi-discipline environments.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the AMT Electrical Team in Phoenix and other locations as needed.
• Develop and implement training programs and scaling strategies for growth of AMT Electrical Services.
• Provide senior leadership oversight and facilitation for the growing multi-discipline Phoenix office.
• Interface with clients, manage resources, and oversee projects to ensure quality execution.
