Job summary

Farnsworth Group seeks a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineering Lead to spearhead the AMT Electrical Team, driving growth through best practices, training, and scaling initiatives. This remote-based role supports the Phoenix office and other locations as needed.

You will oversee senior engineers, mentor staff, and ensure the successful delivery of complex advanced manufacturing projects while aligning goals with company strategy and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the AMT Electrical Team in Phoenix and other locations as needed.
• Build and manage a dedicated team of AMT subject matter experts.
• Develop and implement best practices, training programs, and scaling strategies for growth of AMT Electrical Services.
• Provide senior leadership oversight for the growing multi-discipline Phoenix office.
• Foster Farnsworth Group culture by integrating disciplines.
• Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
• Ensure successful and high-quality execution of complex advanced manufacturing projects.
• Interface with clients, plan resources, oversee projects.
