Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead & SME to head the Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) Electrical team, driving engineering excellence remotely with on-site support in Phoenix as needed.

You will build the AMT team, develop best practices, train staff, and scale capabilities to support growth across the firm while collaborating with leadership to align objectives. This role offers a path to influence multi-location projects and client engagements while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of electrical engineering experience and professional license registration.
• Proven leadership in large and small company environments.
• Experience in staff development, team building, and mentoring.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with immediate impact.

• Ability to build and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the AMT Electrical Team in Phoenix and other locations as needed.
• Develop and implement best practices, training programs, and scaling strategies.
• Provide senior leadership oversight for the Phoenix office and multi-discipline projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
• Ensure execution of complex advanced manufacturing projects with quality.
• Interface with clients, plan resources, and oversee projects.
