Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• PE license required.
• 8–12+ years of electrical design experience for building projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with construction documents.
• Strong coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design for building projects, including service distribution, power, lighting, and related systems.
• Own discipline deliverables from schematic design through construction.
• Prepare, review, and approve calculations, equipment selections, drawings, and specs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and project priorities with PMs.
• Interface with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Mentor junior engineers and support department standards and best practices.
• Assist with proposals, project setup, and technical input for business development.
