Job summary

RTX seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for 100% on-site work in Tucson, AZ. A transferable DoD security clearance is required, with U.S. citizenship. The role focuses on design, development, and integration of test solutions within the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate.

You will work on lab and production test systems, contributing across the full development lifecycle, with hands-on multidiscipline collaboration and rigorous technical, cost, and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Advanced degree in STEM preferred but not required.
• U.S. government security clearance must be obtainable.
• Experience in electrical design, troubleshooting, and test methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products in multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems and interfaces.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
