Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years of test equipment design or troubleshoot experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain test platforms on the manufacturing floor with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot RF/Digital test stations and fixtures using best practices.
• Coach technicians on troubleshooting and procedures.
• Interpret schematics to aid troubleshooting of test equipment.
• Design moderate improvements to enhance performance and uptime.
• Document failure analysis and resolution steps for future use.
