Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer onsite in MA to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products. The role requires hands-on work in multidisciplinary teams, development of production test stations, and harnesses, plus electrical design and schematic analysis using industry tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and eight+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with five+ years of relevant work.
• Experience in electrical engineering including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with electrical design and interpreting schematics using Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Graphics/Capital, or Creo Schematic.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface Test Adapters), and harnesses.
• Design capture activities via the creation of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis.
