Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to perform moderately complex testing, troubleshooting and acceptance of production hardware and components.

Responsibilities include using test equipment, following schematics and process sheets, and ensuring quality and reliability through diagnostic work and calibration. This onsite role requires passing a technical interview and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in electronics testing or at least 2 years in electronics test and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex testing and troubleshooting on production hardware and components.
• Works with prints, schematics, specifications and process sheets.
• Utilizes diverse test equipment and supports multiple setups.
• Applies electronics theory to isolate failures in units and test gear.
• Performs calibration, inspection and rework as required to meet specs.
• Maintains records and follows safety and housekeeping guidelines.
