Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a Secret clearance to drive integrated test planning and system-level analysis at our Rancho Bernardo, CA site. You will lead lab testing, collaborate with design and analysis teams, and ensure robust test configurations and data requirements.

The role requires a STEM degree with experience or an advanced degree with relevant background, and offers a path through an Agile environment with opportunities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Active US Government Secret clearance with recent background investigation or Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance within a reasonable time.
• Transfer and maintain final adjudicated US government clearance and program access as required.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekend rotations, and second shift as needed.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish Integrated Test Plans and detailed schedules for SYSIII testing.
• Provide laboratory support for integration activities.
• Lead test planning working groups and define test configurations.
• Collaborate with design and analysis teams to determine data requirements.
• Review test requirements to ensure completeness of the program.
• Analyze complete systems and prepare system-level evaluations.
