Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Rancho Bernardo, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer/Principal Electrical Engineer to drive integrated test plans and system-level analysis in an Agile environment. Must have active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SAP clearance.

Experience with DOORS, Jazz, and MQ-4C Triton is preferred. The role offers 9/80 schedules with every other Friday off, and it involves extended hours, weekend rotations, and potential discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active US Government Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor of Science in STEM with related experience OR Master’s with related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish Integrated Test Plans and schedules for SYSIII testing.
• Provide laboratory support for integration testing activities.
• Lead test planning working groups and collaborate with design/analysis teams.
