Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience, or a Master’s degree with 0 years experience in engineering.
• Bachelor-level requirement variations include 5 years with a Master’s or Ph.D. with 1 year of experience for senior level.
• Active US Government Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish Integrated Test Plans and schedules for SYSIII testing.
• Provide lab support for integration testing activities.
• Lead test planning working groups and coordinate with design/analysis teams.
• Define test configurations and data requirements with related teams.
• Review test requirements and ensure completeness of the program.
• Conduct technical analysis at system level and prepare evaluations.
• Support test readiness reviews and pre/post-test briefings.
• Analyze data to support anomaly identification and resolution.
• Maintain metrics on testing status and constraints.
