Job summary

Verustruct is seeking an senior electrical engineer to own the electrical architecture for robotic construction systems. You will oversee design from requirements through board bring-up, testing, and field deployment, while leading safety, verification, and supplier support.

You will mentor junior engineers and drive robust troubleshooting, documentation, and root-cause analysis. A degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires typically 7+ years of electrical product-development experience and ownership of custom electronics for complex electromechanical systems.
• Candidates should have strong electronics and power fundamentals, PCB design proficiency, embedded C/C++ and communications experience, practical test and troubleshooting skills, and an EE/CE degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical architecture and oversee custom electronics development from requirements to deployment.
• Lead electrical safety, communications, verification, troubleshooting, documentation, supplier support, and mentorship of junior engineers.
